Korean Kimchi Pancakes

Prepare materials.

Chop the kimchi and put it in a large bowl.

Add chopped onion, kimchi juice, water, flour, salt, sugar.

Heat the pan, pour the oil, add the batter, flatten, and fry on high heat for about a minute, being careful not to batter.

Fry for about half a minute, until both sides are golden and crispy, and cut into pieces.
Tips:
If the taste is light, add less kimchi juice and more water.
