Korean Kimchi Soup

Cut the pork belly into thin slices about 0.6cm

Naturally fermented and sour spicy cabbage cut into 3-4cm

Pour oil in the pan, heat the oil and fry the pork belly until the color changes

Add spicy cabbage and pork belly and stir fry for about 1 minute

Add appropriate amount of water and spicy cabbage juice, turn to a low heat and cook for about 20+30 minutes. Finally, add green onions, green peppers, tofu, and minced garlic, and cook for about 5 minutes.

The hot kimchi soup is finished. (You can add enoki mushroom or luncheon meat according to your taste~~~)
Tips:
Use the sour spicy cabbage and thinly sliced pork belly, add it to a boil and cook it on a low fire to make a more delicious soup~~~
