Let’s get a bowl of kimchi tofu seafood soup, it’s very warm this early winter

Ingredients

Korean Kimchi Tofu Soup

1. First use salt and oil to make the clam spit sand

2. Jiwei shrimp is marinated with appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt and white pepper

3. Onion and garlic minced

4. Cut the sihu into half, and cut the tofu into cubes

5. Saute the minced garlic and onion first

6. Add fresh shrimp and stir fry red

7. Add kimchi and stir fry

8. Stir a spoonful of chili sauce to taste and add water

9. Add all ingredients

10. Add all the ingredients, add salt and light soy sauce to taste and cook for another 20 minutes.
