To be honest, I’m not used to eating miso soup, but the recipe can still be shared with everyone

Ingredients

Korean Miso Soup

1. Cut all the ingredients well.

2. Heat the pan with hot oil, saute the scallion and garlic, then take out the scallion.

3. Add pork and stir-fry until golden brown (in order to fry the meat, you can use pork belly)

4. Add potatoes and fry for a while, add ham and fry.

5. Because I used a small pot for frying, I changed a pot and started cooking, put in water, 3 spoons of soybean paste, 1 spoon of hot sauce

6. Except for Chinese cabbage and tofu, all side dishes can be added.

7. Simmer until the ingredients are overwhelming, and tofu can be added in about five minutes. Taste it by yourself at this time, and taste it as salty as you like

8. Quickly start the pot and add cabbage. It's ready to be eaten when it's cooked.

Tips:

Because I don't like the zucchini in the soup, I put the side dishes that I can accept. The taste can be seasoned by making it by yourself.
