Korean Pumpkin Congee

First prepare half a pumpkin, milk, and glutinous rice. Please soak the glutinous rice two hours in advance.

Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces, and steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes

Put the steamed pumpkin into the juicer, then pour the milk, just submerge the pumpkin, and then squeeze the juice

This is the way it is squeezed. Put the milk in to taste better and adjust the color.

Add a bowl of boiling water to the pot, pour the soaked glutinous rice, let it go for two minutes, then simmer it on low heat for 15 minutes, in order to prevent the paste from falling off, occasionally stir with a spoon in the middle, add 5 when it is ready crystal sugar

Finally, the delicious pumpkin porridge is ready
Tips:
You can use a casserole for making porridge. The effect will be better. Make sure to stir more when boiling, otherwise it will be easy to paste.
