Korean Seaweed Soup

Choose the thinnest and thinnest as shown in the picture, this kind of kelp is suitable for Korean kelp soup. Don't buy the thick one. Thin kelp is cheaper. Two or three cents is enough to make two bowls of soup.

Wash the kelp with clean water and cut it into slices.

Put the cut kelp into a bowl, add half a spoon of soup soy sauce or brewed soy sauce, and mix it aside.

Beef and garlic slices. Put a small amount of oil in the hot pan. This is making soup, not stir-frying. Don't put too much oil. Add the sliced meat and garlic, add half a spoon of soup soy sauce, and sauté over medium heat for 1 minute.

Put the marinated kelp in and fry for another 2 minutes.

Pour in a small amount of water and stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Almost 1/3 bowl of water.

Then pour 3 bowls of water into it, add salt and monosodium glutamate to adjust the saltiness. Cover the pot and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, then turn to low heat and cook for another 15 minutes. The delicious seaweed soup is ready.
