Korean Spicy Cabbage Dumpling Soup

Chop the spicy cabbage, squeeze the water and set aside. Wrap the tofu with gauze, squeeze out the moisture, and crush it with a spoon for later use.

Put the chopped beef, kimchi, tofu, and mung bean sprouts in a large bowl, add the seasoning sauce, stir evenly to taste (make dumpling filling).

Put dumpling fillings in the prepared dumpling wrappers to make dumplings. After folding and wrapping into a half moon shape, paste the two ends into a round hat shape.

Pour the prepared dumplings, shiitake mushrooms, carrots and green onions in a pot, and pour the beef broth. After the broth is boiled, adjust the saltiness with refined salt and serve.
