Korean Spicy Cabbage Noodles

Ready to machine rolled noodles.

Homemade spicy cabbage.

Prepare sesame paste, light soy sauce, and sesame oil.

Mash the cooked peanuts, wash the chives, and cut them for later use.

Shred the mustard and fragrant belly.
6.
Steam the fragrant belly thoroughly and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, add two servings of noodles. When the water is about to boil, pick up the noodles and drain the water.

Pour the noodles into a bowl, add sesame oil, and mix well until the noodles are loose.

Add mustard shreds.

Add the fragrant belly shreds.

Pour in the crushed peanuts.

Drizzle with tahini sauce.

Pour in the light soy sauce.

Drizzle with sesame oil.
15.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and cooked white sesame seeds.

Add spicy cabbage to my own bowl.

When the noodles are eaten, just mix them well.
