Korean Spicy Fried Octopus Noodles

The squid (octopus) is cleaned, and the skin is torn off; cut into about 5 or 6 cm long pieces; (the octopus is not bought, use squid instead)

Put it in a pot of boiling water for a while; quickly pick up the cold, drain the water for later use;

Wash all kinds of side dishes, slice onions, carrots, and watermelon, cut green and red peppers and green onions into oblique sections;

Put all the sauce ingredients into a large bowl and mix well to form a sauce for later use;

The thin noodles are cooked; remove the water and drain the water for later use;

Start the wok, heat the pan with cool oil and saute the shallots, onions, and carrots, then add other vegetables and half of the sauce;

Stir evenly;

Add the blanched squid and the other half of the sauce;

Stir-fry evenly, start pan and serve!

Mix well with the noodles and start rubbing!
