Korean Spicy Fried Squid

Ingredients: fresh squid, hot sauce, onion, green onion and ginger

Peel off the film of squid, wash and cut into rings, wash and shred the onion, pat the ginger loosely, and chopped green onion

Boil the squid rings in boiling water, cool with cold water, remove and drain

Tips:
1. Blanch the squid with water, so much water will not come out when fried;
2. The hot sauce has a salty taste, so put a little less salt.
