Korean Spicy Stir-fried Octopus

Wash the octopus to remove its teeth.

Go to the guts of the octopus.
3.
Cut the octopus.
4.
Cut the green onions.
5.
Cut carrots.
6.
Cut the cabbage.

Make the sauce.
8.
Blanch the octopus.
9.
Remove after blanching.
10.
Mix the octopus with the sauce evenly.

Pour oil into the pot and fry the green onions.

Add octopus.

Add cabbage and carrots and fry until cooked.

Tips:
The octopus must be relatively fresh and uniform in size.
It is not easy to blanch octopus for too long.
