Korean Spicy Stir-fried Rice Cake
1.
Put 3 cups of water, half a spoon of minced garlic, 2 spoons of Korean chili paste, 2 spoons of sugar, 1 spoon of chili powder, and half a spoon of brewed soy sauce into a pot and bring to a boil.
2.
When the water is completely boiled, pour in the rice cakes and cook for about 15 minutes until the water is about one-third left.
3.
Take advantage of the cooking time to prepare other ingredients. Cut the shallots into sections, the fish cakes into strips, and the onions into slices.
4.
Cook until about 1/3 of the water is left, add onions and fish cakes and cook for a while.
5.
When the water is almost harvested, put in the green onion, stir and boil and cook for about 30 seconds. At this time, the water should be enough.
6.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle with fried sesame seeds. It's ready to be served.
Tips:
Don't keep burning on high fire just because you are in a hurry, the rice cakes will be hard if they don't cook for too long, especially if you use Korean rice cakes, the time will be longer.
