Korean Style Fried Tofu~
1.
Two pieces of northern tofu, rinse with clean water.
2.
Cut the tofu into pieces and make them slightly thicker.
3.
Spread a little salt on the surface of the tofu and marinate for about 20 minutes.
4.
Use the time to marinate the tofu to make seasoning soy sauce, put the soy sauce, sesame oil and other seasonings in a bowl, mix well, and set aside.
5.
Cut the onion into small pieces and set aside.
6.
Pour oil in a saucepan and heat it up.
7.
Add the tofu cubes and fry on medium heat until golden brown ~ you like tender and slightly yellow, and fry for a while longer if you like to burn.
8.
Turn it over and fry until golden on both sides. During frying, gently move the tofu cubes so that it won’t stick to the pan.
9.
After the tofu is fried, serve it out and set aside.
10.
Heat oil in a pot, add onions, and sauté a little.
11.
Add the fried tofu.
12.
Sprinkle the seasoned soy sauce on the tofu.
13.
Then put in the broth, bring to a boil on high heat, and turn the heat to medium until the thick soup is collected (I used Daxida directly with warm water for the soup).
14.
Just serve the tofu~
15.
Look~ Take a bite, it's tender on the outside and tender on the inside~
16.
Served with miso soup and rice, it tastes even better!
Tips:
1. I chose northern tofu, which takes a long time to fry, so there is a layer of charred skin! If you use tofu with water, fry it until slightly yellow.
2. For children's shoes that have no stock on hand, please use a little Daxida and warm water to adjust it~
3. In the process of frying the tofu, you should flip the tofu from time to time, so that it will not stick to the pan~
