Korean Sweet and Sour Pork

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. Wash chicken breasts and cut into thick strips

3. Add ginger, cooking wine and salt

4. Grab well and marinate for about 30 minutes

5. Prepare the crispy fried mash

6. Wrap the marinated chicken fillet in the fried batter

7. Put it in a 70% hot oil pan

8. Remove the oil after frying the golden surface

9. Raise a pot, heat it up, add oil, then pour in Korean sweet and sour hot sauce

10. Stir-fry and pour in the fried chicken fillet

11. Stir fry quickly, turn off the heat after the chicken fillet is evenly coated with sweet and sour sauce

Tips:

1. The chicken is marinated with sauce in advance to make it easier to taste
2. Deep-fried chicken fillet can be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside
