Korean Zucchini Pancakes

Materials are ready.

Wash the zucchini and cut it into 5mm round slices, and cut the green and red peppers into diagonal circles.

Put the zucchini on the plate, then sprinkle with salt and marinate for 5 minutes to taste (it is more convenient to mix well by hand).

Beat the eggs, and coat the zucchini slices with flour and egg in the order of flour first.

Tips:
