I have shared the practice of siu-mai before, and the skin is homemade.
Today I will share Kuaishou Shaomai, the skins are ready-made,
For 2-3 servings, it takes about 20 minutes from cooking to steaming.
If 1-2 servings (the ingredients are halved), it will be ready in more than ten minutes."

1. Put the beef filling in a container, add 2 spoons of salt, 3-4 spoons of light soy sauce, and 1 spoon of corn oil in turn. Stir clockwise (add water in small portions), then add chopped green onions and stir well.

Tips:
