Shepherd's Purse, Winter Bamboo Shoots, Fresh Meat and Shaomai
1.
Pork fillings, I was lazy and let the stalls wring them, so I chop them more chewy.
2.
Wash and chop wild shepherd's purse.
3.
For winter bamboo shoots, select the upper part of the tender tip, cook it to remove the smell of winter bamboo shoots, and then chop them into fine pieces. The finer the better!
4.
Shao Mai Pi, our vegetable market has ready-made, if not available, you can use dumpling skin instead.
Tips:
Because of the short time, I didn't put the skin jelly. If you have time, you can cook some skin jelly, chopped up and then mix in the meat, it will taste more delicious. After steaming, the jelly will melt, and the siu Mai will have a better soup taste.
