This is a traditional Sichuan dish, which is a test of ability. The main ingredient of the sauce is to stir-fry the vegetables.

Kung Pao Chicken

1. Cut green onion into small pieces of garlic,

2. Peanuts,

3. The peanuts are deep-fried and set aside.

4. Wash chicken and dice, add pepper, cooking wine, starch, a little salt,

5. Diced chicken over the oil and set aside,

6. Garlic stew pot with diced chicken and cooking wine,

7. Add chili sauce, red bean curd, light soy sauce, deep-fry peanuts, stir-fry for a while and put a little sesame oil on the green onions.

Tip: All seasonings are added or subtracted according to the individual.
