Kung Pao Chicken
1.
Bone chicken legs, cut into pieces, add salt, black pepper and starch water, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
2.
Dried chili torn into sections (you can cut with scissors if you are afraid of spicy)
3.
Cut scallions into sections
4.
Garlic diced
5.
Heat the pan with oil, stir-fry the chicken over medium heat until half cooked (about 2~3 minutes), remove and set aside
6.
In another oil pan, add dried chilies and stir-fry the garlic to give a fragrance (you can fry the chilies first and then add chicken if it is too troublesome to cook at home, so you don’t need to wash the pot once more)
7.
Add the green onion and continue to stir fry for 1 minute
8.
Stir fry the chicken over high heat
9.
Put the green onions and fried peanuts before starting the pan
10.
