Kung Pao Chicken

1. First pat the chicken loose with the back of a knife, and then cut into dices about 1 cm.

2. Put the diced chicken in a bowl, add soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch, mix well and set aside.

3. Dice cucumber, dice carrots, peel and fry peanuts.

4. Dice ginger, slice garlic, slice green onion, and slice red pepper.

5. Heat the pan, add oil, and pour in the pepper and dried chili.

6. Pour in the chicken and stir fry.

7. Add onion, ginger, garlic, and red pepper and stir fry quickly.

8. Add diced cucumbers and diced carrots and fry them until they are broken.

9. Pour the sauce (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and water).

10. Put the fried crispy peanuts in the pot when you start the pan, and serve with fried chicken.

11. Serve the fried chicken on a plate.
