Kung Pao King Pleurotus

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut into cubes.

Put a little oil on the pot and heat it up. Pour the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry on medium-low heat.

Stir until slightly yellow and serve.

Cut the green onion into small pieces and mince the ginger.

Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, vinegar, sugar, ginger, water starch, and mix into a flavored sauce.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot and heat it to 50% heat. Add the pepper and peppercorns and the scallion and stir fry quickly to create a fragrant aroma.

Pour the eryngii mushrooms and stir fry evenly.

Stir in the sauce and stir-fry until thick and dry.
9.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle in the peanuts and mix well.
