A pack of cooked peanuts

Ginger, garlic, dried peppers, garlic sprouts, green and red peppers are processed as shown in the figure

Tips:
1. Pleurotus eryngii is best to cut off the older part of the root, cut into small cubes and blanch it first
2. Both light soy sauce and oyster sauce have a salty taste when preparing the sauce, so the amount of salt should not be too much
3. It is best to put the peanuts when the heat is off, so as to ensure the crispy texture of the peanuts
