Kung Pao Tofu

Soak the peanuts in cold water for 20 minutes.

Peel into the refrigerator to freeze. The frozen peanuts are more crispy after being fried.

The peanuts are deep-fried in the pan.

Mix a bowl of juice with vinegar, sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and salt.

Cut the tofu into small pieces, fry it in the pan until slightly hard, remove the oil.

Leave a little bottom oil in the pot, add the chili to the pot after the oil is over.

Start the frying pan, add the chopped green onion and ginger to the pot and stir fragrant.

Add the pepper and red pepper to the pot and stir fragrant.
9.
The tofu is fried in the pot.
10.
Pour the sauce into a bowl and fry.
11.
Stir-fry the peppers in the pan.
12.
Turn off the heat and stir-fry the peanuts.
13.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.
Tips:
1. The oil temperature of fried tofu should not be too high, just 40% hot.
2. Stir-fry.
