Kung Pao Tofu

Materials are ready.

Cut the tofu into cubes and set aside.

The seasoning sauce is adjusted, garlic moss and purple pepper are diced and ready.

Saute the sesame seeds until fragrant and set aside.

The peanuts are deep-fried and put in a dish for later use.

Heat oil in a wok, add tofu and fry until golden on both sides.

Drain the oil, remove and install the dishes for later use.

Pour the sauce into the pot from a separate pot.

Stir and cook until viscous. Pour in the fried tofu, garlic moss and purple pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes.
10.
Pour in peanuts and stir-fry evenly, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds to serve.
