Laba Bean Stir-fried Gluten

Prepare the water gluten; tear it into small strips, wash and drain the water for later use.

Prepare laba beans; wash the garlic and cut into small pieces for later use.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté the garlic.
4.
Pour in the gluten and stir well.
5.
Pour the laba beans and stir well.
6.
Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well.
7.
Add black pepper and stir well.
8.
Stir-fried gluten, adjust the flavor and put it into a bowl.
