Laba Congee

Wash and soak black rice, glutinous rice, barley rice, white fungus, red beans, mung beans, and red kidney beans for 3 hours.

Red dates, peanuts and walnuts are simmered in a rice cooker or electric pressure cooker with other soaked ingredients. Water is 1/3 more than porridge.

Put rock candy or white sugar when you eat it. A bowl of fragrant and sweet glutinous laba porridge is just fine.
Tips:
I used an electric pressure cooker to stew, and I chose beans/ tendons, so that the stew will be softer and waxy.
