Laba Congee

Prepare 60 grams of rice, 60 grams of glutinous rice, 30 grams of barley, 30 grams of naked oatmeal, 30 grams of red beans, 30 grams of black beans, 5 grams of red date slices, 20 grams of lilies, and 30 grams of white sugar; PS: sugar according to your favorite sweetness put. Wash rice, glutinous rice, and naked oatmeal, soak in a rice-washing pot for 30 minutes, wash red beans, black beans, and barley, and soak in a rice-washing pot for 2 hours, wash and soak the lily for 30 minutes, and wash the red dates; PS: There are different basins for different degrees of soaking.

Tips:
1. The beans must be soaked for enough time to make the porridge soft;
2. Boiled water for porridge is better than cold water;
