Laba Festival, Fried Rice Cake with Laba Beans

Prepare ingredients: rice cakes, laba beans, red peppers, green peppers, chives and other ingredients;

Cut the rice cake into strips, wash the red peppers and green peppers separately, and cut them well;

Boil the water, soften the rice cake, and remove;

Heat the pan, pour the oil, and stir-fry the green and red peppers;

Add Laba Beans, stir fragrant over low heat, and cook;

Pour the rice cakes and stir fry;

Add the fried green chilies, red chilies, laba beans, bean paste, and soy sauce, and stir fry;

Tips:
1. The rice cake can be cut as you like;
2. The rice cakes are boiled in water to soften, then remove and drain the water;
3. When frying, stir fry so that the rice cake does not stick to the pan.
