Laba Garlic Braised Chicken

Drumsticks. This dish can be made with whole chicken chopped up.

Soaked fungus.

For the garnish, cut onion into small pieces, ginger slices, green onions into sections, and fat meat into pieces.

Debone chicken legs.

The chicken is marinated with seasoning.

Use a little oil in the wok to melt the fat into the oil.

Put the marinated chicken legs and fry them until fragrant. The meat is not required to be cooked, just fry on both sides. If you really don’t want to fry, you can stew directly in the pot. The flavor will be different.

Add the fungus, pour the soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar, cooking wine and laba garlic vinegar,

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and simmer until the meat is rotten, just collect the juice. Different pots and utensils require different amounts of soup, so add them accordingly.

Tips:
1. The practice of Laba garlic is simply to soak the garlic with rice vinegar. The garlic will turn green and lose its pungent taste. It is delicious. It is suitable for making in winter. There are also sugars added to the vinegar. Just adjust this according to the taste.
2. Fatty oil is used in this dish to make the whole dish more fragrant.
