Lactone Tofu Omelette

Brush the pan with oil, and the lactone tofu is inverted in the pan.
Cut the four corners of the box so that the tofu can be easily buckled out.

Make a sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of black pepper, mix well

Add chopped green onion and half of the sauce and fry for 1 minute.

Pour egg liquid around the tofu. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes
Spread the egg liquid evenly in the pan.

After the eggs are cooked, pour in the remaining sauce. Cook for 2 minutes to let the eggs taste.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and spicy millet, and simmer for 30 seconds.
