Lamb's Tail, Bamboo and Taro Pork Rib Soup

1. Ingredients: fragrant taro, ribs (blanched), lamb's tail bamboo shoots (soaked in water to remove a part of the salty taste)

2. Peel and wash the taro.

3. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

4. Put the soaked lamb tail bamboo shoots on the cutting board and cut open, set aside.

5. Put the blanched ribs into the pressure cooker.

6. Next, combine the sliced taro and mutton's tail bamboo shoots.

7. Then, add the right amount of cooking wine.

8. Add some water.

9. Cover and cook for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

10. Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

11. Finally, add the right amount of salt.

12. Add the right amount of chicken essence.

13. Season to mix well and serve.
