Lamb Boiled Noodles

Wash the cabbage.

Cut the lamb into thin slices.
3.
Put the lamb in a bowl and add green onion, ginger, soy sauce, Maggi and pepper.

Mix well and set aside.
5.
Add water to the pot and boil the dried noodles until 9 mature.

Add the cabbage and mix well.

Pour in and mix well lamb slices.

Mix well with chopsticks and cook for a while and turn off the heat.

Tips:
This noodle dish is best rolled or fresh noodles by hand.
