Lamb Chops and Carrot Soup

Cut the lamb chops into pieces, wash and set aside.

Peel the radish and cut into pieces with a hob.
3.
Put the sheep into the pot and add proper amount of water.
4.
Cover and boil.
5.
Skim the foam with a spoon.
6.
Add green onion and ginger segments and salt.
7.
Cover and cook for 50 minutes.
8.
Add the radish cubes and cook for another 20 minutes. Turn off the heat.
9.
Finished picture.
Tips:
Simmer slowly.
