Lamb Chops Soup with Cabbage Vermicelli

Cut the lamb chops into pieces and wash.

Cut the cabbage into pieces and wash.
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and add the lamb chops.

Bring to a boil to remove the foam with a spoon.
5.
Add scallions and ginger slices.
6.
Turn the lid to a low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
7.
Add the cabbage and salt and cook for 10 minutes before adding the vermicelli.

Cover and cook for another 10 minutes and turn off the heat.

Don't put the salt too early.
