Lamb Chops with Cordyceps Flower and Jujube

Soak the cordyceps flower and wash it off.

Cut the lamb chops into pieces and wash.
3.
Put the sheep into the pot and add proper amount of water.

Bring to a boil and use a spoon to remove the foam.

Add green onion and ginger.

Add jujube,

Turn the lid to low heat and cook for 50 minutes.

Add cordyceps flower.
9.
Cover and cook for another 30 minutes.
