Lamb Hot Pot

Cut the green onions into sections, and cut the soaked ginger into thick slices

Peel the potatoes and cut them into thick slices, soak them in water for later use

Soak kelp, vermicelli, and fungus in advance

Add a pinch of salt to the sesame sauce, add cool white to boil, and add green onion

Add appropriate amount of oil to the electric hot pot, add spicy bean paste, Chinese pepper, and saute until fragrant

Add pickled ginger, pickled garlic, and saute until fragrant

Add appropriate amount of water, add green onions, red dates, wolfberry, salt

After boiling, change to low heat and simmer for half an hour to let the soup fully taste

Tips:
1. If you don’t have spicy Douban, you can use Pixian Doubanjiang, or use the hot pot base, according to your own taste, I made this only a little spicy, the soup can be drunk;
2. Put more water as much as possible, so that the soup will taste better after a long time.
