Lamb Kebab

Cut the leg of lamb into long strips with scissors.

Cut into small dics again.

An appropriate amount of Heinz barbecue sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and a little salt.

Spicy pepper powder, cumin powder, chili powder, stir well and marinate for an hour or two.

The marinated diced lamb is skewered with bamboo skewers.

Brush a thin layer of oil on the roasting pan, and roast the lamb skewers on a low fire.

Turn over and brush a little bit of oil, and continue to cook on a low fire.
8.
Roast until the lamb is cooked.
9.
Sprinkle cumin powder, chili powder and cumin grains evenly on top, and serve.

Tips:
It’s been grilled with charcoal and it is delicious. It is grilled on a roasting pan. Although the meat is tender, it loses the smell of firework after all 😂
