Lamb Pilaf

Cut the mutton into small pieces, copy water and set aside

Soak the rice for half an hour in advance

Onion carrot potato diced

Heat the oil and stir fry the onion until fragrant

Stir-fry the onion until slightly yellow and stir-fry the lamb

Add carrots and potatoes and stir fry together, add salt, cumin, light soy sauce and stir fry

Pour the soaked rice with water, and just as much water is used to cook the rice. Stir fry for a while. (It’s better to have broth)

Pour the whole pot with soup and meals into the rice cooker and press to cook.

When the rice is almost done, put it on top of the raisins and continue to simmer until the rice is ready. Just mix the rice well.
