Lamb Shank with Soy Sauce

Lamb shanks are blanched in the pot to remove the blood and rinse them for later use

Sliced green onion and sliced ginger

Prepare dried chili pepper star anise and a tablespoon of dried yellow sauce for later use

Add some oil to the pot and heat up, add green onion, ginger, pepper, star anise and dried chili until fragrant

Stir fry with dried yellow sauce to create a fragrance

Pour in more water and boil

Put the leg of lamb in the pressure cooker and set aside

Pour boiling water into the pressure cooker and add cooking wine
