Lamb Stew Cabbage

Prepare green onions, dried chilies, and Chinese pepper.

Shred cabbage, wash and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the pot, stir-fry the green onions, dried chilies, and peppercorns over a medium heat to create a fragrant aroma.

Then add the cabbage and stir fry.

When the cabbage is sautéed, add lamb slices.

Stir the mutton slices and cabbage evenly, add an appropriate amount of seafood soy sauce, salt and stir evenly to turn off the heat.
