Ingredients

Lame Claypot Rice

1. Wash the rice and soak for half an hour

2. Wash and slice cured duck, bacon and sausage

3. Put the cured duck and rice into a casserole, cover with a lid, bring to a boil on high heat, and turn to a small fire pot.

4. When the water is dry, add the bacon and sausage, continue to cook until the rice is cooked, turn off the heat, and simmer for ten minutes.

5. Sprinkle with chopped green onions

6. Add soy sauce.

7. Serve

8. Mix well and eat!
