Lame Claypot Rice

Prepare the ingredients, wash, soak the mushrooms in advance, slice them, and slice the bacon

Wash the rice, add 1:1 water, a little salt, and oil. Soak for 30 minutes

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, add a little soy sauce, and stir well.

When the water is almost dry and the rice is almost cooked, add the sausage and shiitake mushrooms. Simmer for another 8-10 minutes. (If there is no water in the middle, I am afraid that the bottom of the pot will be sticky. You can add a small amount of water appropriately)

Finally, the water dries out. Beat in the eggs and collect the juice over high heat. Add boiled vegetables, steamed fish soy sauce, and chopped green onion.
