The rice is washed and soaked in water for more than 30 minutes

Tips:
1. The rice cooks in clay pot quickly. It is difficult to master the pre-soaked rice to shorten the cooking time.
2. Soy sauce is cooked with sugar to remove the sour taste of soy sauce itself
3. In addition to cured meat, other ingredients such as beef slices, meatloaf, pork ribs, mushrooms, chicken, fish belly, etc. can be used as ingredients for claypot rice
