Lao Gan Ma Braised Pork Ribs with Black Beans

Prepare materials.

Wash the ribs and pass the water again.

Add oil in a hot pan, sauté the garlic and ginger, add two spoons of Laoganma tempeh and stir fry.

Pour the over-watered ribs and stir-fry evenly.

Add the diced potatoes and continue to stir fry.
