Sometimes I get tired of eating outside and don’t want to order takeaways. When I return home after a day’s fatigue, it takes time and effort to cook. It’s really hard! The coarse tea and light rice are not so easy to swallow, so today I will share with you a simple and delicious lazy meal, this is-Laoganma Pork Belly Braised Rice.

Lao Gan Ma Pork Belly Braised Rice

1. "Ingredients"

Lao Gan Ma Sauce/Rice/Pork Belly Carrot/Potatoes/Mushrooms/Shiitake Mushrooms/Salt/Light Soy Sauce/Green Onion

2. Cut the pork belly into large cubes.

3. Slice carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms for later use.

4. Heat the pot and fry the fat over low heat.

5. Fry until golden.

6. Pour in carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

7. Add salt, light soy sauce and Laoganma sauce and stir fry evenly.

8. The rice is cleaned (the water is less than the water normally used for cooking).

9. Add the fried side dishes.

10. Sprinkle salt and mix well.

11. Heat up again after turning on the cooking mode.

12. Sprinkle some chopped green onions and stir well.

13. Laoganma braised pork belly, heal you after a hard day.
