Lao Gan Ma Pork Belly Braised Rice

Lao Gan Ma Sauce/Rice/Pork Belly Carrot/Potatoes/Mushrooms/Shiitake Mushrooms/Salt/Light Soy Sauce/Green Onion

Cut the pork belly into large cubes.

Slice carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms for later use.
