A bowl of spicy minced pork with rice among fans! Because I like spicy food, Laoganma sauce, chili and pepper are added to the minced meat vermicelli. Ignore those who don’t like spicy food

Ants on The Tree

1. For three people, pour three rolls of sweet potato vermicelli into hot water to soften

2. Diced meat, bamboo shoots

3. Do it for the first time, avoid panic, adjust the sauce early

4. Hot onion, ginger, garlic and chili oil, add minced meat and a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma

5. Put the dried bamboo shoots, stir fry the vermicelli, pour in the previously adjusted sauce, add some pepper to the pan after it's almost cooked
