Lao Tang Braised Tofu

Ingredients: tofu, old soup

Cut the tofu into pieces, place on absorbent paper towels, and drain

Put oil in the pot, heat to 60% heat, add tofu and fry

Fry until the skin is firm and the color is slightly yellow, remove

Warm the oil to 80%, add the tofu and re-fry it once, fry it until it is browned, then remove it for use

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot and pour the old soup

After boiling, add the fried tofu

According to the taste, use the right amount of salt, sugar, and MSG to make a simple seasoning. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, take out the pan and serve
Tips:
1. It is best to make the soup so that there is very little leftover at the end, basically it is simmered into the tofu.
2. Any old soup that has boiled soy products, even if there is a lot left, can no longer be kept as old soup. Because this kind of soup is very perishable and difficult to keep.
