Lao Tang Braised Tofu

1. Ingredients: tofu, old soup

2. Cut the tofu into pieces, place on absorbent paper towels, and drain

3. Put oil in the pot, heat to 60% heat, add tofu and fry

4. Fry until the skin is firm and the color is slightly yellow, remove

5. Warm the oil to 80%, add the tofu and re-fry it once, fry it until it is browned, then remove it for use

6. Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot and pour the old soup

7. After boiling, add the fried tofu

8. According to the taste, use the right amount of salt, sugar, and MSG to make a simple seasoning. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, take out the pan and serve

Tips:
