Laoganma Fried Chicken with Broad Beans

Main ingredients: fresh broad beans, chicken thighs, Laoganma Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, ginger, cooking wine, first soy sauce, pepper, starch

Wash and hull fresh broad beans

Diced chicken thigh

Mix with pepper, cooking wine, first soy sauce, starch and marinate for 10 minutes

Heat 80% of the oil in a hot pot, add the minced ginger, stir fry the chicken and change its color

Add broad beans and stir fry evenly

Add a little salt and stir fry for 2 minutes

Add Lao Gan Ma and stir fry evenly

Add a little water and simmer for about 5 minutes
10.
Stir fry until the broad beans are cooked through
Tips:
Don’t add too much salt, because Laoganma has salty broad beans and must be cooked thoroughly
