Laoganma Fried Radish Slices

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

The radishes are cleaned and sliced, not too thin or too thick, try to cut them evenly.

Cut the greens into sections, and cut the peppers into small pieces. Cut the meat into small pieces or mince.

Put oil in the pan, add the green onions, and the diced meat will be fragrant. It is better to have fat. You can fry some radish with lard. Lean meat is not recommended.
