Laoganma Fried Rice

Beat two eggs in a bowl, heat the pan and add cooking oil, beat the eggs and pour them into the pan, fry them and serve.

Add Laoganma, add diced ham and green peas, stir-fry evenly, add leftover rice, stir-fry evenly

Add the scrambled eggs, chopped green onion, minced ginger, soy sauce, diced carrots and diced cucumber, and stir-fry evenly

Put the cooked rice into a bowl and press it upside down on the plate.
